Crystal Boateng, LCSW, MSW, QMHP, is a licensed clinical social worker at One Alkaline Life, a telehealth-based mental health practice based in Waldorf, Maryland. With over 10 years of experience in the therapeutic field, Crystal is passionate about helping individuals build emotional resilience and navigate life’s most difficult challenges.

Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Human Services from Old Dominion University in 2014. She completed her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) in 2016 and has since provided compassionate, evidence-based care to clients ages 11 to 45.

She specializes in treating a wide range of concerns, including behavioral issues, mood disorders, active psychosis, substance use, psychological and genetic disorders, and crisis stabilization. Her warm, adaptive approach makes therapy a safe and empowering space for each client.
