Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Maryland, followed by a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. She provides virtual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and life transitions.
Emily uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance-based strategies to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, manage emotions, and build resilience.
